Chelly Stevens, age 65, of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois, peacefully departed this life on December 26, 2008, carrying with her a heart full of cherished memories and love. Born on October 4, 1943, in Illinois, Chelly was the beloved daughter of Glendal Stevens and the late Frances Stevens.
